Welcome to the ICF Saskatchewan Chapter

Jackie McConaghy, President ICF SK

The changing of the calendar from one year to the next always seems to be a time of reflection and contemplation.

I attended a yoga workshop on winter solstice and we played with the concept of winter being a time to plant the seeds that will later grow. If you garden, you know that every seed you plant doesn't always grow but the process of contemplation and examination of what possibilities exist is an important element in planting the seeds.

As you pause and consider what seeds you wish to plant, I invite you to consider these opportunities to invest in and give of yourself personally and professionally over the next couple of months.

1. Lead the Community Support Program.  The ICF SK Board seeks a volunteer who will lead this program in 2019; commencing February through to the launch in April with minor monitoring throughout the summer.

This leader will assist with communication to generate applications from non-profit organizations that will benefit from pro bono leadership coaching.  They will recruit coaches, be the main contact for the non-profit organization, assist with the matching of coaches/coachees, lead the kick-off meeting, act as the liaison if there are any concerns and provide a final survey to coaches/coachees.  If you are interested or have questions, please contact
